Art in Public
We are interested in the public realm. Public art can shift a given context in order to open the gaze up to other aspects of reality. The critical discussion of this genre is justified but contemporary sculptures and viewers need to be granted a place of inter-action not only in galleries. I think public installation can create a dialogue and go far beyond decoration and illustration. That’s why we do public art commissions despite their limitations.
